TO INSTRUCT the South American Ministers of Health to draft a Regional Agenda in health matters, with the cooperation of the Andean Health Organization, Subgroup 11 on Health of MERCOSUR, the Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization, and other competent regional organizations, guaranteeing a fluid dialog with social movements.
